Elements Massage in Forest Park is currently seeking a friendly and energetic front desk receptionist/sales associates to join our growing family. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, highly motivated, with the ability to multi-task as well as provide excellent communication skill and customer service.

Your Responsibilities include:
- Be a Spa Ambassador: Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Provide excellent guest service experience throughout their visit, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products
- Supporting therapist needs to ensure smooth operations
- Effectively educating/selling clients on spa memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and future appointments
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy workplace
- Answer phone calls, book all appointments, and charge for services performed
- Maintain the overall appearance and energy of the salon

Requirements:
- Must have a friendly, cheerful and outgoing personality and work well as a team
- Must possess a strong customer service mentality, ensuring an amazing experience for anyone who enter the spa.
- Must be able to assist in all areas of operation as requested by management.
- Must be detail oriented and good at sales
- Must be punctual, reliable, and flexible in scheduling
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must be able to work some evenings and some weekends as needed
- Proficiency with spa and wellness management software, including appointment scheduling, client records, and point-of-sale functions (i.e. Mindbody, etc).
