Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home ABA Services
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and their families in the Fremont area.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The ideal candidate must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Spanish-speaking families. Strong verbal communication skills in Spanish are essential. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT will implement individualized treatment plans, collect accurate data, and support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in the home environment.
