Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and other structural components following blueprint specifications and schematics.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and mixing.
- Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, and sealing to achieve smooth and durable surfaces.
- Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
- Perform demolition, renovation, or restoration tasks as needed to prepare sites for new construction or upgrades.
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for yourself and team members.
- Assist with masonry, framing, carpentry—including trim carpentry—and roofing tasks to support diverse project needs.
- Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment or commercial vehicles when required for material transport or site setup.
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in related trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, or restoration is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous for understanding project scope and resource needs.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, saws for cutting concrete or metal studs, and other relevant equipment.
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations is essential to ensure compliance and prevent accidents.
- Experience with formwork construction, rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques including caulking and stucco application is beneficial.
- Capable of heavy lifting and operating heavy machinery safely; valid commercial driving license may be required in some roles.
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; eager to learn new skills across various trades such as tile laying or flooring installation when needed.

Pay: $25.45 - $30.65 per hour
