Nail Artist Educator
Job Description
Seeking energetic, polished nail artist to lead tomorrow's future nail professionals.
Enjoy weekends off? We do too! Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule. We are hiring for a 5:15pm-9:30pm shift.
Key Responsibilities
Passionately educate students on the art and science of nail care, sanitation, anatomy & physiology, and marketable business skills.
You’re not just teaching technique, you’re building confidence, creativity and careers! Your commitment empowers the next generation to succeed. We are honored when students choose us to be a part of their learning journey.
You'll teach both theoretical classes and develop students' practical skills using lessons from Vogue's established curriculum & Milady's CIMA platform. CIMA is an incredible learning tool for students, supplementing the education you provide in the classroom.
Gone are the days of manually grading written exams, our testing platform takes care of that. Educators will evaluate students on practicals such as the phaseout and state board preparation.
An ideal educator will energize the classroom and always keep engagement with students at a high level. Learning should be enjoyable! Encourage students to build their clientele while in school to ensure a positive start to their professional career post-graduation. The clinic is a great place for students to hone their skills with your help. Counsel students on attendance and grades to stay on track toward graduation requirements.
Occasionally an educator may help with ringing clients out if the receptionist is unavailable.
