Business Development Representative (Outside Sales)

Hydro Shield Restoration is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our network of plumber referral partners.
This position combines work from home flexibility with in person relationship building throughout the assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be developing and maintaining relationships with plumbers who can refer water damage restoration opportunities.
If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and working independently, this may be an excellent fit.
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000 annual base salary
- Tiered commission structure based on collected revenue generated from accounts and relationships developed by you:
- 5% on the first $500,000 of annual collected revenue
- 10% on annual collected revenue between $500,000 and $1,000,000
- 15% on all annual collected revenue exceeding $1,000,000
- Uncapped earning potential
- Expected earnings: $80,000 to $250,000+ annually
Top performers can earn substantially more through commission.
Responsibilities
- Visit plumbers on a regular route
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Deliver marketing materials and company information
- Conduct follow up calls, emails, and text messages
- Attend networking and industry events when applicable
- Track activities and referral relationships
- Generate water damage restoration opportunities through plumber referrals
- Represent Hydro Shield Restoration in a professional manner
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and organized
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous sales, business development, restoration, construction, or plumbing industry experience is a plus but not required
