About the firm
Sanchez & Brown, P.A. is a plaintiff personal injury firm serving clients throughout Seminole County and the greater Orlando area. We are a small, close-knit team that takes our work seriously — and we treat every client like they matter, because they do. We work hard, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we love what we do.
About the role
This is a dedicated case management role — you will be the right hand to one of our attorneys, responsible for keeping their caseload organized, moving, and progressing at every stage. This isn't a "sit and wait for instructions" position. We're looking for someone who can learn our processes, internalize them, and then own them — someone who notices when something is due, flags it, and handles it before they're asked. In addition to case manager duties, we are looking for an individual well versed in social media, and will have you managing and posting on social media on behalf of the law firm.
We will fully train you. What we can't train is drive, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
What you'll do
- Serve as the dedicated case manager and assistant to an assigned attorney.
- Track and manage case timelines, deadlines, and follow-up items across an active caseload.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel as directed.
- Draft correspondence, demand letters, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
- Request, organize, and review medical records and bills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file documentation.
- Proactively identify next steps at each stage of a case and move things forward without being prompted.
- Assist with firm social media presence, including drafting posts and creating simple graphics using tools like Canva.
- Support general office operations and contribute to a professional, positive work environment.
What we're looking for
- Attention to detail above all else — you take pride in delivering clean, accurate work product the first time.
- Proactive by nature — you don't wait to be told something is falling behind.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and reliable; able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- 0–2 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or customer-facing role (personal injury experience a plus, but not required).
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (Canva or similar, but not AI) — experience managing a business page is a plus.
- Positive attitude and genuine investment in team culture — we are a small office and how we treat each other matters.
- Comfortable with computers and general office software.
