Visiting Angels of Sanford is hiring a Client Service Specialist to be the welcoming, organized professional our families meet first — and trust throughout their care journey. This is not a clock-in/clock-out job. It is a career role for someone who treats every inquiry like it could be their own parent calling.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound inquiry calls from prospective clients and their families with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Conduct in-home consultations across Seminole County and West Volusia, assessing needs and building personalized care plans.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients by clearly communicating our services, pricing, and what sets Visiting Angels apart.
- Maintain accurate, organized client files and documentation in our registry system.
- Participate in our on-call rotation, providing after-hours support to clients, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with families
- Coordinate closely with our scheduling and care management teams to ensure a seamless client experience from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in client services, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing professional role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication — you can connect with a worried adult child on the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in CRM and scheduling software.
- A self-starter who can manage a varied day and shift between desk work, consultations, and unexpected calls.
- Reliable transportation, a valid Florida driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.

- Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate for all consultation travel.
