After your first successful month, we cover your state insurance license and carrier appointments — 100% on us. You just have to show up and put in the work.
What this role is
This is one of the best entry points into the insurance industry — no prior experience or license needed. You'll start by qualifying and transferring leads to our licensed agents, getting paid for every successful transfer. It's straightforward work with a real financial upside and a defined path to becoming a fully licensed agent yourself.
Your income is tied directly to your activity. The more calls you make and transfers you close, the more you earn — and the faster you move toward promotion.
Your path
1. Start as an SDR (1099)
Qualify and transfer leads to licensed agents. Get paid per successful transfer — the more you work, the more you earn.
2. Hit your first month's transfer goal
We cover your state insurance license and carrier appointments in full. No study costs, no exam fees on you.
3. Become a licensed agent (W2)
Receive inbound leads, close your own deals, and unlock $10,000+/month earning potential as a fully licensed, W2 employee (Base Salary + Commission).
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect potential clients with licensed agents
- Qualify leads by gathering key information and gauging interest
- Execute warm transfers to licensed agents with context-setting handoffs
- Track your own activity, transfers, and progress toward your promotion goal
