Retail Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers as well as assisting with our campers reservations.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
-Assist guests with camping reservations

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of running cash register and/or reservations preferred
