Base Salary: Starting at $85,000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Dependable Maintenance is not looking for someone to simply make sales calls—we're looking for someone to help build the next great commercial facility services company.
We are a rapidly growing commercial janitorial and building maintenance company headquartered in Washington State with an ambitious vision for regional and national expansion. We're seeking an experienced business development professional who already has established relationships within the commercial real estate, property management, healthcare, industrial, education, or facility management industries.
If you've successfully sold commercial janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, landscaping, security, HVAC, or other outsourced facility services—and have an existing network of decision-makers—we want to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Develop new commercial business opportunities throughout the United States.
- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers, operations executives, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Generate new business through your existing network, prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Manage the sales process from first contact through signed contract.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with company leadership to develop new markets and national account strategies.
- Represent Dependable Maintenance with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B business development experience.
- Proven experience selling commercial services to businesses.
- Demonstrated history of closing large commercial contracts.
- Existing network of commercial decision-makers and industry contacts.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
