Duties
- Assist customers in identifying, locating, and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories to meet their needs.
- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts displays to ensure product availability and easy access.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit card payments, and receipts with professionalism.
- Provide technical guidance on vehicle maintenance, automotive repair procedures, and vehicle systems to enhance customer understanding.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage order fulfillment efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all parts are properly labeled and stored.
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background in automotive parts or accessories is highly preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities) are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer relationship building, and sales management to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
