The Worskspace tooMaine Trust for Local News—the state’s largest media organization—is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Media Sales Consultant to help local businesses succeed across a powerful mix of digital, print, and marketing services.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to local businesses
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend customized marketing strategies
- Sell a full suite of advertising and marketing solutions, including digital, print, and emerging platforms
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and deliver measurable results
- Use CRM tools, reporting, and available technology to track activity and optimize performance

- A proven sales professional with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable discussing digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, performance metrics, and campaign optimization
- Tech-savvy, with strong computer skills and working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
