Job Overview
We're looking for a friendly, organized person to manage check-ins, answer calls, and support families as they arrive for training — helping us run a smooth, welcoming facility every day. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our facility, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service to our members, visitors, and staff. Duties
- Greet visitors, members, and participants with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, directing calls or taking messages as needed
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, membership inquiries, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records using our software, including registration forms and attendance logs
- Assist with calendar management for facility bookings, events, and staff schedules to optimize daily operations
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously
Requirements
- Strong customer service instincts — friendly, calm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable learning new scheduling software (training provided, no prior software experience required)
- Reliable and punctual — able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with names, schedules, and check-ins
- No prior office or administrative experience required
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
