What You Will Do
- Prep, cook, and plate dishes with precision, strictly adhering to our elevated standards even at peak ticket volume.
- Collaborate efficiently with the BOH crew to deliver a high-speed, high-energy, and flawless dinner service.
- Master your timing on the line to ensure dishes are executed quickly without sacrificing presentation or temperature.
- Maintain a pristine, fully stocked, and highly organized workstation from prep time through closing.
- Strictly follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.
- Confidently accommodate on-the-fly allergy requests and dietary modifications without slowing down service momentum.
- What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of professional line cook experience (experience in a busy, high-volume, or fine-dining setting is highly preferred).
- Speed & Focus: The ability to move fast, multitask, and keep your composure when the ticket machine is humming.
- Schedule Availability: Must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 PM (or 2:00 PM) until 10:00 PM. Weekends and some holidays are required.
- Great Attitude: Highly coachable, eager to expand your culinary toolkit, and open to constructive feedback.
- Culinary Passion: A detail-oriented mindset with an uncompromising dedication to flavor profiles, plating consistency, and overall excellence.
