We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager specialized in Oracle enterprise solutions to lead complex technology initiatives within our organization. As a Program Manager Oracle, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster innovative solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for Oracle enterprise software projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT infrastructure, application development, and business units to ensure seamless software implementation and integration.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing Agile methodologies like SAFe and Kanban, incorporating best practices for risk management, quality assurance, and release management.
- Oversee requirements gathering sessions, create detailed test cases, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables against business needs.
- Manage project scope changes, monitor progress through Jira and VersionOne dashboards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency.
- Implement IT governance standards while adhering to PMBOK guidelines and SDLC processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in IT project management with a focus on enterprise software implementations involving Oracle databases and cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
- Proven supervisory experience managing technical project teams within an Agile environment using tools like Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), or SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile frameworks like SAFe; certification such as PMP or PMI-ACP is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving SQL database administration, disaster recovery planning, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project for scheduling and resource planning.
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, requirements documentation, and reporting on project status.
- Technical proficiency in enterprise solutions architecture, software development life cycle (SDLC), user acceptance testing (UAT), risk analysis, and release management processes.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments; experience supervising technical project managers is preferred.

Pay: $122,871.27 - $220,000.00 per year
