Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation across residential properties.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Handle manual lifting of furniture, appliances, or heavy cleaning equipment safely during deep cleans or outdoor work.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or walkways.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
- Use proper cleaning equipment and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure quality results.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving exterior cleaning or yard maintenance.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple properties.
