Job Overview
We are a growing small business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Line / Assembly Worker to join our team. This position involves helping with product assembly, packing, labeling, quality checks, and general warehouse/production tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare products according to company standards
- Pack and label products accurately for orders or inventory
- Perform basic quality control checks
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow instructions from supervisors and meet daily production goals
- Assist with counting inventory and restocking materials when needed
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced small business environment
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift boxes or materials as needed
- Previous warehouse, assembly, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to learn and work efficiently
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, staying organized, and being part of a small team. Training will be provided.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
