Service Manager – Acura Dealership (High-Performance Store)

Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000+ (Base + Performance Bonus)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead operations at our Acura service department within a high-volume, multi-franchise dealership group.
This is not a “desk manager” role. You will be responsible for driving revenue, controlling expenses, developing your team, and delivering a premium customer experience consistent with the Acura brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all fixed operations: service, parts coordination, and shop productivity
- Drive customer pay growth, effective labor rate (ELR), and hours per RO
- Manage and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure strong CSI performance aligned with manufacturer benchmarks
- Monitor and improve:
- Technician efficiency and proficiency
- Workflow and shop capacity
- Parts-to-service coordination
- Maintain compliance with Acura warranty and policy requirements
- Implement and enforce consistent processes for inspections, upsells, and customer communication
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of dealership service management experience
- Strong understanding of luxury service expectations and customer handling
- Proven track record of:
- Growing customer pay revenue
- Improving ELR and technician productivity
- Managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Acura or other luxury brands preferred
- Deep knowledge of dealership systems (DMS, scheduling, workflow tools)
- Strong leadership presence—must be able to hold team accountable
