Elevate Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice dedicated to helping children reach their highest potential through speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. We provide individualized, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence in both our clinic and community settings, including local daycares.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team as an independent contractor. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, enjoys collaborating with families and team members, and values creativity and play-based intervention in therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services for children ages birth through adolescence.
- Deliver services in both the clinic and daycare settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s communication needs and goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other therapists to promote progress across settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure and registration as an SLP (CCC preferred; CFs considered).
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
