As a Home Care Coordinator, you'll serve as the vital connection between our clients, caregivers, and office team—ensuring high-quality care, seamless scheduling, and an outstanding experience for everyone we serve.
What You'll Do
Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments to ensure uninterrupted care
Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedules and care needs
Assist with new client intake, onboarding, and service coordination
Monitor caregiver attendance, performance, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate client and employee records
Support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and training
Ensure excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries professionally
Collaborate with leadership to support daily office operations and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, staffing, or office administration preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus
Compassionate, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required (healthcare-related education or experience is an advantage)
