We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team in Carpinteria.

Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Properly handle merchandise and package items according to company standards
- Print, apply, and verify shipping labels
- Confirm order accuracy before shipment
- Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure timely order completion
- Process sales orders and update information using company software systems
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with shipping, packing, order fulfillment, or inventory control preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
