Taproom is looking for a part time cook (15-20 hours) with the potential to move into full time.
Availability requirements range from 9am til 12am, both day and night shifts, but currently looking mostly for evenings.
We serve burgers, wings, and standard deep fried bar fare, we have 30+ draft beers and two separate bars in the same building (Taproom and Porch). The kitchen serves both bars.
Grill experience required, as our kitchen is busy and we expect our staff (once fully trained on our protocols) to be able to handle the pressure of a busy grill and fryer.
We love self starters who can keep themselves on task, are punctual, good under pressure but also motivated during slower shifts, and take pride in a clean and organized workplace. People who excel at these requirements may be considered in the future for a shift lead position.
We pay weekly each Monday.

We start at $17/hr for training and $18/hr once fully trained.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure all food is handled and stored safely, adhering to health regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and plating for service, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Many of our foods are from scratch so there are days which will be prep heavy.
- Work as a team with the other cooks to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Support menu planning and special dietary needs as required.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
