Overview
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our healthcare team. As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Duties
- Administer anesthesia before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as SIS complete and E-preop (training to be provided)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and venipuncture techniques
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and provide anesthesia care in various settings
