Description:
We’re looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to manage a crew and maintain commercial and residential properties at a high standard.
This role is for someone who can lead a team, stay on schedule, and take ownership of their routes and properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a maintenance crew on daily routes
- Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and cleanups
- Ensure properties meet quality standards
- Train and guide crew members
- Maintain equipment and report issues
- Communicate with management regarding schedules and property needs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of landscaping/maintenance experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Strong reliability and time management
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
