Job description:
Our organization is in need of a certified nursing assistants to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, and helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of long-term care, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with transferring patients from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the nurse.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
