Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced professional for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for a trained RN with strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients.
- Shift: 36 hrs/ 3x12 Nights 6:45p- 7:15a EOW.
- Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU.
- Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.
- Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
- Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing.
- Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams.
- Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s ICU stay.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- 1 year of travel RN experience – required.
- Active RN License.
- BLS Certification.
- ACLS Certification.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification.
- CVICU experience – required.
- Strong background in caring for critically ill cardiac and surgical patients.
