Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support via phone, email, and online chat platforms.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support client services by troubleshooting issues efficiently and escalating complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to generate reports, analyze customer data, and improve service processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse client bases effectively.
- Demonstrated sales experience or aptitude for upselling products/services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
