This is a fulltime position working day shift Monday thru Friday. Five (5) years of experience preferred, security clearance is a plus. The superintendent’s role is to run the day-to-day operations at the project site and control the short-term schedule. The role of superintendent also includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities as needed.
Valid Driver’s License and travel to job sites.
Knowledge of Microsoft Package to include Microsoft Project
Strong Organizational Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Must be able to read and understand drawings and specification.
Must have valid OSHA 10 certifications.
