Position Summary
As a Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while keeping our kitchen running smoothly. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
Line Cook – Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Set up and stock assigned station with necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the shift
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order execution
Prep Cook – Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring items according to recipes
- Assist with food prep for daily service, including sauces, proteins, and vegetables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and storage areas
- Label, date, and properly store food items in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- Support line cooks and kitchen team with additional prep and tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably with a focus on Asian cuisine—especially Chinese
- A valid Food Handler Card (training provided if needed)
- Commitment to consistent working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A strong work ethic and love for fast-paced environments
- Dedication to food safety, organization, and teamwork
