HSE Supervisors – Solar Project | Kentucky
EOSOL is looking for HSE Supervisors to join an exciting photovoltaic project in Kentucky, USA.
We are seeking experienced safety professionals to support the execution of a large-scale solar project and ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations on site
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective actions
- Deliver safety orientations and promote a strong safety culture among project teams
- Investigate incidents and support the development of corrective action plans
- Work closely with site teams to ensure safe execution of construction activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HSE Supervisor in construction, industrial, or renewable energy projects
- Solar/photovoltaic project experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation:
- Gross annual salary: USD 82,000/year
