Job Overview
Keystone Wood Specialties is seeking an experienced and skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinet making with the ability to interpret drawings and material sheets to execute projects with precision. The Woodworker will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship with adherences to our quality standards. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the woodworking/cabinetmaking industry is required.
Duties
- Ability to cut, shape and build specialty cabinetry that meets quality specifications.
- Knowledge and experience using wood working equipment such as Upcut Saw, Miter saws, and Routers, CNC machines, Rip Saws, joiner, Haunch Machines, edge bander, Moulder and more.
- Must be driven to meet order deadlines while producing a quality product.
- Well rounded experience in the cabinetmaking field.
- Ability to step into multiple positions to fill in for those on vacation or sick.
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (4 day workweek). Competitive pay rate based on the knowledge this candidate brings to this position. Keystone takes pride in providing a clean shop.
Must be able to stand and walk for 10- hour shifts, must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and push a cart with wheels that can weigh several hundred pounds. Enjoys a variety of duties and the ability to grow within the organization.
