Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain high standards of food safety, and drive the success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant, including staff management, guest services, and financial performance.
- Oversee operations, ensuring seamless execution with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staff performance and service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure that all staff are trained in food management practices.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high morale among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising and managing restaurant operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
