Overview
We are seeking an experience and dedicated Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security systems and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to service, install, and maintain various security solutions. This role is essential for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties through effective system implementation and monitoring.
Duties
- Troubleshoot and service security systems tailored to client needs, including CCTV and alarm systems.
- Conduct thorough assessments to detect vulnerabilities in existing security measures.
- Provide technical support as a service technician for installed systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage alarm system sales by demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in low voltage security technology.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on security equipment to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
Experience
- 3+ Years of Experience Required
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to the installation and maintenance of security systems.
- Familiarity with alarm system sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in working with CCTV technology and low voltage systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.74 per hour
