Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead who enjoys actively engaging with their team, is passionate about preventative maintenance and understands the struggles of down equipment.
Job Duties:
- Supervise a team of maintenance techs while actively engaging with them
- Proactive mindset regarding preventative maintenance
- Planning daily activities for maintenance team
Experience:
- Previous maintenance leadership
- Troubleshooting skills - mechanical and electrical preferred
- Computer skills - CMMS a plus
Hours and Benefits:
- First shift Sunday - Thursday, with some Saturdays or evenings when necessary
- Average 45 hours/week
