Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards
- Familiarity with TRAY POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
