Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach! Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for part-time work. This is an excellent role for college students, retired teachers, or anyone with a deep passion for education.
What We're Looking For:
- Courses may include: English, Natural Sciences, History,
- Advanced courses may include: AP Eng IV, AP World History, AP US History
- Test prep (ISEE, ACT, SAT) experience is a plus (but not required)
The Academic Coach Experience:
- Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
- Collaborative environment with all sessions taking place in our office (no traveling from home to home!)
- Paid training plus shadowing with experienced Academic Coaches

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
- Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging manner
- Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
- Availability: Evenings & Sunday availability of at least 15 hours per week during the semester (at least three days a week). Our sessions typically occur Monday-Friday 3:30pm-9:30pm, Sunday 10am-6pm (coaches must be available for at least 4 hours on Sunday).
