What You’ll Do In This Role:
- Greeting guests with a smile as you encounter them and helping them feel welcomed and comfortable
- Taking guests' gaming reservations, selling retail items at the proshop, creating game cards for the arcade
- Running both food and drinks from the bar to tables
- Prebussing and bussing tables and keeping your eyes peeled for opportunities to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Answering the phone
- Answering questions that guests have regarding drinks, food, the game of Pickleball, or other questions about our awesome venue
- Bringing full bus tubs of dishes to dishroom
- Sweeping and mopping as needed
- Completing assigned sidework and cleaning checklists
