Job Summary
Staffworks Group is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Floor Tile Installers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring various types of flooring surfaces, including ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, hardwood, epoxy, and carpet. Your expertise will help transform spaces by ensuring precise craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building material installation and dedicated to delivering high-quality results on every project.
Duties
- Install floor tile (including layout, setting, grouting, and finishing)
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation (demo/cleanup as needed)
- Measure, cut, and fit tile accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow safety practices
- Communicate with the team and follow job instructions and timelines
Skills
- At least 1 year of tile installation experience
- Able to read measurements/layouts and work accurately
- Basic knowledge of tile tools and installation process
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
