We're looking for someone to join our small team as a lead point of contact for customers and staff, and to help guide the creative side of the shop. It's a role with real variety and real trust — you'll work closely with the owner and our production lead in a warm, close-knit environment where good ideas and good energy are always welcome.
About SBT Stitches
SBT Stitches is a custom embroidery and personalized gifts boutique in North Miami Beach — storefront on Biscayne Blvd, plus a growing online shop at sbtstitches.com. We do embroidery, monogramming, laser engraving, DTF transfers, stationery, and gifting, all with a soft, upscale boutique feel. It's a small team, so this person will have real responsibilities, working both front of store with customers and back of house on production and design.
About this role
This person helps keep the shop running smoothly day to day — greeting and helping customers, and supporting design work. You won't be doing this solo: you'll work alongside the owner and production lead. We're looking for someone with good energy who's ready to step into a fast-paced environment — this person has to be overly friendly, since they'll be a key part of how customers experience SBT Stitches. This is an on-site role with rotating Saturday shifts.
What You Will Do
● Be a go-to person for customers and staff day to day
● Contribute to design work across embroidery, monogramming, DTF, and stationery product lines
● Help keep orders on track and support quality checks with the production team
● Assist with customer questions and concerns, with support from the owner on anything tricky
What We Are Looking For
Required:
● Retail experience, ideally customer-facing
● Comfortable with technology and willing to learn our embroidery software and Adobe tools — we'll train the right candidate
● Comfortable being a point of contact for customers and staff
● Organized and detail-oriented, able to keep track of multiple orders at once
● Able to work rotating Saturdays
Preferred (nice to have):
● Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
● Experience with embroidery, monogramming, or personalized gifting products
● Familiarity with Shopify and Monday.com
● Bilingual English/Spanish
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
