Black Tie Funding is a growing business financing company seeking a highly organized Operations Administrator to support our funding, customer service, and partner management teams.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business lending, banking, financial services, or a related industry is highly preferred.
This role combines operations, customer service, account management, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Partners regarding funding requests and document collection
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text
- Assist clients throughout the funding process
- Collect and organize bank statements, applications, and supporting documents
- Submit and manage funding files with lenders and funding partners
- Track approvals, declines, stipulations, and funded deals
- Follow up with clients, referral partners, and funders
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and company systems
- Manage administrative projects and daily office tasks
- Help ensure deals move efficiently through the pipeline
Qualifications
Preferred
- Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience
- Funding, underwriting, lending, banking, or financial services experience
- Experience working with CRMs and deal management systems
Required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations, customer service, or office management experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Strong computer skills including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
