GPO Direct Network is hiring an Entry Level Enrollment Agent to support customer account enrollment and wireless service activations throughout the Bay region. As an Entry Level Enrollment Agent, you will work directly with customers to explain available AT&T wireless products and services, answer questions, and assist with the account enrollment process. This is a customer-facing position focused on helping individuals select services that fit their needs while ensuring a positive enrollment experience.
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional communication skills. Previous sales experience is not required, as training is provided.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Enrollment Agent:
- Meet with customers and provide information on AT&T wireless products and services
- Guide customers through the account enrollment process
- Assist with new account enrollment, upgrades, and service options
- Answer customer questions regarding available plans and promotions
- Maintain accurate account enrollment documentation
- Follow company and AT&T guidelines during customer interactions
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Represent GPO Direct Network and AT&T in a professional manner
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Enrollment Agent:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or account support is a plus but not required

Pay: $52,435.58 - $63,148.22 per year
