Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest relations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse guest clientele effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Experience in night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
- Previous resort or hotel experience preferred for understanding high-volume guest environments
