We are seeking talented and passionate Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team in our new salon. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and luxury salon experience. You will utilize your expertise in various techniques and products to enhance the beauty and confidence of each client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology, excellent customer service skills, and a deep desire for continual education. We are also seeking stylists new to the industry with the hunger to learn and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Utilize advanced techniques or the desire to learn them.
- Maintain knowledge of color theory to recommend appropriate color choices for clients.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care techniques.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized consultations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Be open to monthly in salon education classes that focus on new trends, industry refreshers, color theory, suitability, consultations and advanced cutting/coloring techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, makeup application, and more.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with salon software systems.
- Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hair services.
- Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative team environment.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and passion for the beauty industry.

Pay: $40.00 - $250.00 per hour
