Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Creole) Part-Time Personal Assistant to support executive-level professionals with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, project coordination, and personal assistance within a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and fluent in both Creole and English, with a passion for providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly
- Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks before they become urgent
- Maintain attention to detail while handling multiple responsibilities
- Assist in holding other people accountable and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Must be fluently bilingual in Creole and English
- Construction experience is highly preferred
- Personal assistant or administrative experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
