Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to residential and commercial renovations. Pay ranges from 17 to 27 depending on experience
Bilingual or Spanish speaking is preffered
Duties
- Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and technical drawings
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately for project execution
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely to complete framing,siding, and masonry tasks
- Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and coordination of subcontractors
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Support remodeling and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills such as framing, woodwork, and siding installation
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating heavy machinery or working at heights on scaffolding or roofs
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate project implementationQualifications
- Proven experience in building masonry, roofing, siding, or related construction fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and execute framing or trim carpentry tasks effectively
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, and siding work preferred
- Familiarity with construction management principles and site safety standards
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations on-site
- Valid construction site experience with a focus on quality craftsmanship across multiple trades
