About Gameday
Gameday is a premier men's health clinic specializing in comprehensive treatment for low testosterone (TRT), GLP-1 medications, peptide therapies, and erectile dysfunction (ED). We are committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a collaborative team environment. Our clinic operates with a specialized team model: Medical Assistant, General Manager, and Healthcare Provider, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and compassionate Lead Medical Assistant/Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team in a supervisory capacity. In this elevated role, you will serve as the operational cornerstone of our concierge care model — overseeing clinical workflows including vital sign collection, phlebotomy, and medication administration, while ensuring consistently exceptional patient experiences across our specialized men’s health practice. You will lead and mentor clinic support staff, coordinate onboarding and ongoing training of new team members, and serve as the initial point of escalation for both clinical and administrative challenges. As the face of Gameday Men’s Health, you will manage front desk operations, patient reception, scheduling, medical records, billing, and administrative functions — while holding yourself and your team to the highest standards of white glove service. In this leadership role, you will partner closely with the General Manager and Healthcare Provider to drive operational excellence, implement clinic protocols, monitor team performance, and foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-first care.
