1stshift! As a member of our Box Cutter you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, ranging from basic repairs and maintenance to supporting other departments with general labor needs. Warehouse Distribution center, packing screws and bolts. Inspection may be included,
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This position involves working indoors and outdoors, depending on the task and weather conditions.
- Regular bending, lifting, and standing may be required.
