We are a real estate YouTube marketing agency that helps real estate agents generate leads through consistent, high-quality YouTube content.
We handle the strategy, editing, SEO, thumbnails, channel management, lead magnets, and backend execution for our clients. The one thing clients are responsible for is filming.
That is where this role comes in.
We are looking for a Client Accountability & Success Manager who can help our clients stay consistent, hold them accountable to their filming schedule, check in with them regularly, and make sure our team has the information needed to deliver great results.
This role is part accountability coach, part client success manager, and part communication bridge between clients and our internal team.
What You’ll Be Doing: Client Accountability
Your main focus will be helping clients stay consistent with filming.
Many of our clients are busy real estate professionals. They know they should be filming, but some need extra follow-up, encouragement, reminders, and accountability to stay on track.
You will:
- Follow up with clients who are behind on filming
- Keep clients accountable to their weekly video goals
- Send friendly reminders by email, text, or internal messaging tools
- Track which clients are filming consistently and which ones need support
- Help clients get back on track when they fall behind
- Make clients feel supported, not pressured or blamed
- Communicate the importance of consistency in a clear, encouraging way
Client Success
You will also help maintain a strong relationship with clients and make sure they feel taken care of.
You will:
- Check in with clients regularly
- Listen for feedback, concerns, or questions
- Relay client feedback to the correct internal team members
- Help identify small issues before they become bigger problems
- Make sure clients understand what is needed from them
- Support the client experience after onboarding
- Help improve retention by keeping clients engaged and supported
Internal Communication
You will act as a bridge between the client and our internal team.
You will:
- Update the team when a client gives feedback
- Let the team know when a client is behind on filming
- Help organize client notes and follow-up tasks
- Assist with small miscellaneous admin or client success tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in client success, customer service, account management, coaching, admin, or a similar role
- Very organized and good at follow-up
- Comfortable using online tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, CRM systems, or similar platforms
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Nice to have:
- Experience working with real estate agents
- Experience in marketing, social media, YouTube, or content creation
- Experience with remote teams
- Experience managing client accounts or client communication

Our team is strong at YouTube strategy, editing, SEO, and channel management. But if clients do not film, we cannot create the content needed to help them grow.
Your job is to help make sure clients stay consistent, feel supported, and continue moving forward.
Compensation
This role offers a base salary of $3,000 to $4,000 per month, depending on experience.
In addition to the base salary, this role includes quarterly performance bonuses tied to specific KPIs.
Quarterly bonuses can range from $0 up to 30% of your monthly salary, depending on performance, consistency, client accountability results, and overall impact in the role.
