Aegis is partnered with a market-leading manufacturer of tank trailers, pressure vessels, and custom process equipment serving food & beverage, chemical, oilfield, and broader industrial markets. The company has invested over $100M in a state-of-the-art facility and continues to expand a collaborative, hands-on engineering organization centered on advanced manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement.
You start your morning on the production floor—where you’ll spend about 60% of your time—checking in with weld, cut, form, and assembly teams. A fixture needs a tweak, a cycle time looks longer than expected, and a new piece of capital equipment is being brought online this week. You dig into the details, update work instructions, and capture lessons learned so the next shift hits the ground running.
