About the Position:
Best Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Advisor / Internal Advisor to join our growing service department. This is a key, dual-role position that combines customer service and administrative support to ensure our Quick Lube lane runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Quick Lube Advisor Duties:
- Welcome customers into the service lane and identify their vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide accurate service recommendations (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.)
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Keep customers updated throughout their visit with professionalism and courtesy
Internal Clerk Duties:
- Accurately enter repair orders and service data into our system
- Maintain organized records and assist with internal service vehicles.
- Manage new and used vehicle inspection reports and provide estimates to the sales managers
- Perform general office support for the service and management teams
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic automotive knowledge or previous service advisor experience (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
